The Learning in Later Life Students' Association of Strathclyde University is an active retirement organisation that supports a multitude of Clubs.

CHATBACK was set up in 1986 by the present Director, Tom Holloway, to provide an electronic mail (email) facility for up to 100 schools in the UK and abroad. Most are special schools, all cater for children who have some mental or physical difficulty with communicating. It now has electronic links with children in Argentina, Australia, Canada, Estonia, Germany, Italy, Japan, Lithuania, Poland, USA, and even a special school in Novosibirsk in Siberia.

West of Scotland Seniors Forum (formerly Strathclyde Elderly Forum) is Scotland's foremost seniors grassroots representative organisation. We represent the interests of 400,000 seniors in the 12 unitary authority areas in the West of Scotland and are the umbrella body for 80+ local Senior Forums.
