Welcome to this website that gives a flavour of the wonderful unspoilt countryside of Dumfries and Galloway. Find out what it's like to stay on the edge of the Threave Estate, in a converted 19th century mill restored by National Trust for Scotland (NTS), formerly Kelton Mill.

Visit the official NTS site to check out the available dates of the Trust's 72 self-catering properties. The normal letting period is Saturday to Saturday but other arrangements are possible off season. By renting a NTS cottage you are also supporting the valuable work of conservation.
